1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PublicGo.my platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
PublicGo.my is operated by Public Auto World Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PublicGo.my. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Listings and Content
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, complete and not misleading. PublicGo.my reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable Malaysian law.
Sellers must be the owner or authorised agent of any vehicle listed. Listing a vehicle you do not own or are not authorised to sell is prohibited.
4. Transactions
PublicGo.my is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction between them. All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly.
PublicGo.my does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any vehicle listed on the platform.
5. Fees and Payments
Sellers on paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. A commission may apply to completed sales as specified in your plan. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are non-refundable except as required by Malaysian consumer law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use PublicGo.my to list stolen vehicles, engage in fraud, post false or misleading information, scrape or harvest data, or circumvent any security features of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, PublicGo.my and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
